Delivery across Hong Kong in 5 to 7 days. It is free on orders of HK$550 or more, and a flat HK$150 below that.
Our 14-day return window is our own store policy, offered voluntarily. Hong Kong law does not provide a general cooling-off period for online purchases, so this is a commitment we make to you rather than a statutory right.
A screen cut down to your window has been made to your measurements and cannot be resold, so please contact us before cutting if you are unsure.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered we put it right at no cost to you. Your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) are unaffected.

Chain Screen Door Does Not Work
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.

A great solution to my flyscreen problem
I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.

One set is four corner pieces and two wind clips. That is exactly what one screen needs, so order a set for each screen you are building.
They join cut lengths of the PVC flyscreen frame into a rectangle. Buy the frame by the metre, cut it to your window, and the corners do the rest.
The wind clips are worth fitting on any exposed window. They stop the screen flexing away from the frame in a gust.
Choose black, brown or white to match the frame you are using. All three are the same price.
