Our 14-day return window is our own store policy, offered voluntarily. Hong Kong law does not provide a general cooling-off period for online purchases, so this is a commitment we make to you rather than a statutory right.
A screen cut down to your window has been made to your measurements and cannot be resold, so please contact us before cutting if you are unsure.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered we put it right at no cost to you. Your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) are unaffected.

Chain Screen Door Does Not Work
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.

A great solution to my flyscreen problem
I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.

PVC Flyscreen Frame, Per Metre
The PVC frame profile sold on its own, by the metre. Order the length you need rather than a kit sized for someone else's window.
It cuts with a sharp blade or a strong pair of scissors. No mitre saw, no tradesman tools, no hire shop.
Corner pieces join the cut lengths into a rectangle. They are sold separately in sets of four with a pair of wind clips.
Choose black, brown or white to match your window. The frame is slim, so the right colour more or less disappears against the surround.
